Melanie Marie Boyer is the CEO of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Foundation, where she has pioneered the organization's transformation into an AI-first enterprise—leveraging artificial intelligence daily to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalable impact.
A proud Colombian-American and devoted mother to two boys (ages 13 and 7), Melanie is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and Duquesne University. She is a sought-after speaker and educator on AI implementation, helping leaders and organizations harness technology to accelerate growth without losing the human touch.
An entrepreneur and systems builder, Melanie previously founded a successful marketing agency and currently leads ventures in fintech, energy, and commodities. Her work spans AI strategy, economic policy, nonprofit growth, and tech innovation—all with a focus on strengthening underestimated communities.
Melanie serves on multiple regional advisory initiatives and was appointed to the Transition Team for Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato (Vibrant Democracy Policy Committee) and the Allegheny County MWDBE Advisory Committee. She was recognized as 40 Under 40 by PUMP/Pittsburgh Magazine (2023) and named to the Latino Power 100.
